Arranging an appointment couldn’t be easier, just call or use the app to request a call back or book a video consultation. And don’t worry if it’s out of hours or in the middle of the night, you can get a doctor to call you back or you can book an appointment for a video consultation between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.

You get ample time during the call to really explain

Anyone covered on your plan will have access to a doctor over the phone or online. So if your child feels ill in the middle of the night, you can call on their behalf and you could be speaking to a doctor in a matter of hours.
