ISON HEALTH – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to ISON Health. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the teleconsultation, chronic disease management, second medical opinion facilitation, and associated digital healthcare services (“Services”) offered by ISON Healthcare LLC (“ISON Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via its mobile app, website, and other digital platforms (collectively, “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Services, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform and Services.
- “User”: Any individual using the Services offered by ISON Health.
- “Platform”: The digital interfaces (including web portals and mobile applications) provided by ISON Health.
- “Services”: Include teleconsultation, digital health assessments, second medical opinion facilitation, chronic disease management, wellness programs, webinars, and third-party medical coordination services.
- “Third Party Providers”: Hospitals, clinics, specialists, or partners engaged for services outside ISON Health’s direct provision.
ISON Health provides healthcare services through licensed medical professionals, as permitted by applicable laws in each jurisdiction. These services are delivered virtually and include:
2.1 Teleconsultation
- Available 24/7 through licensed GP and family medicine doctors.
- No in-person physical examination is done.
- Services are not intended to replace emergency care.
2.2 Second Medical Opinion
- Facilitated by ISON Health using its global network of hospitals and specialists.
- ISON Health acts solely as a facilitator and bears no responsibility for clinical advice or outcomes provided by the third-party specialists.
2.3 Chronic Disease Management
- Includes virtual follow-ups, prescription renewals, lab facilitation, and lifestyle management for chronic conditions.
- All services are delivered remotely.
2.4 Digital Health Assessment
- A self-reported screening tool designed to provide general health risk stratification.
- Not a replacement for clinical diagnosis. Reports must be reviewed with ISON Health clinicians for interpretation.
2.5 Medical Tourism / Home Country Treatment
- Services include assistance in booking and facilitating treatment outside the user’s home country.
- ISON Health does not assume responsibility for clinical outcomes or treatment logistics.
2.6 Webinars & Wellness Programs
- Provided for informational and preventive health education purposes.
- Participation is voluntary. No medical consultation or diagnosis is implied.
ISON Health operates in compliance with local health authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Health Authority – DHA). Services delivered through the Platform adhere to applicable healthcare, data protection, and telemedicine laws in each operating jurisdiction.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and health information.
- You shall not use the Services for unlawful or inappropriate purposes.
- You must safeguard your login credentials and notify us of unauthorized access.
- You must be at least 18 years of age or use the services under parental or guardian supervision.
5.1 Free and Paid Services
- Services provided through your insurance or employer plan are covered as per their terms.
- Additional services (e.g., DHA sick leave certificates, subscriptions, second opinions) may require direct payment.
5.2 Refunds
- Paid services are non-refundable once delivered.
- If a service is unused and canceled within 7 days, a partial refund may be processed (excluding bank or transaction fees).
- No refund is available for services involving third-party coordination after initiation.
- Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
- ISON Health is not liable for:
- Misdiagnosis resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Delays or failures due to technical issues.
- Medical advice or treatment received from third-party providers.
- Use of the Services is at your own risk.
ISON Health may coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and laboratories for services such as second opinions, home country treatments, or lab sample collections. These are provided by third-party entities and ISON Health is not responsible for:
- The accuracy, quality, or outcomes of such services.
- Costs or claims arising from the third-party services.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective from the date of posting. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dubai unless local law mandates otherwise.
ISON HEALTH – PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how ISON Health collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information. We respect your privacy and are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2019.

4.1 DATA RETENTION POLICY

- Consultation and health records are retained for a minimum of 10 years, or as required by local law.
- Inactive user accounts may be deactivated after a period of inactivity but underlying data will be archived as per regulatory guidelines.
- Upon request, data may be anonymized or deleted unless required for compliance or legal purposes.
4.2 CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER
In the course of providing certain Services—such as Second Medical Opinions (SMO) or Home Country Treatment (HCT)—your personal and health data may be shared with healthcare providers or partners located in other countries.
- Such transfers are done with your explicit consent and only to reputable providers governed by strict data protection obligations.
- ISON Health ensures that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including data processing agreements and encryption protocols.
- Users acknowledge and agree that data protection laws in the destination country may differ from those in the UAE or your home country.
By availing cross-border services, you consent to the international transfer of your personal health information for the stated purpose.
